Messages from a moonless night: Pause. Breathe. Return.

I put my girls to bed before 9pm. I feel the need to take a walk outside, under the moonless sky.

I walk to the garden nearby. I take off my shoes and step barefoot on the grass.

It is silent, yet full of sounds.

The symphony of nocturnal life.

Silence is not void. Silence is alive.

Flowers ripened and dropped to the ground.

Resting on the grass.

Returning to Mother's embrace.

Disseminating moon, still down under, calls and asks:

What is being released?

Cloudy night hides million stars.

Though I cannot see, I hear the cosmic hums, like pulses through the night.

Clouds parted and revealed a shiny star.

Arcturus.

A star of ancient wisdom and deep healing.

A star where my soul has traveled.

All is Grace.

Thank you Spirit,

I say as I fill my inner well, with this sound, this light, and gentle breeze of a gracious night.

I come back home to my loved ones, with a tenderer heart and softer voice.

All is Grace.
