What happens in an Akashic Records session?

Each session starts with a simple breathing & meditation to get you anchored into yourself and our shared sacred space.

I will then say an opening ritual prayer to open up your Akashic Records. Once your records are open, I will first share anything that is being revealed to me, like a welcoming gift from your Guides.

Then you are free to ask your questions related to the topics you wish you explore (see below about what questions to ask). I will be tapping into the Akashic field of love and truth, and channeling information for you. I will also address any emotional patterns that arise during the session and offer healings & releases as divinely guided.

At the end of our session, I will seal up the energies with gentleness, ease and grace, and say a closing prayer to close your records.

What kinds of questions shall I ask in the session?

What questions would you ask when you have coffee/tea with your Higher Self/Soul and Guides?

Essentially, there are two types of questions that are highly effective and will help drill down quickly into any dilemma:

1. What do I need to know?

2. What do I need to let go of?

Either there is something to understand or to clarify. Or there is something standing in the way or blocking you from moving forward in life. Often, there is both.

Three principles to bear in mind as you prepare your questions:

1. Ask open questions, i.e. start with WHAT and HOW, and avoid Yes/No questions.

2. Choose ONE specific topic/subject only per question, e.g. avoid mixing your Purpose question with a Relationship issue, so you can get the cleanest and untangled answer for that specific topic.

3. Avoid WHEN questions, as the Akashic Records are stored in the dimension beyond time (and space). There is a bigger clock - divine timing - in operation, which is not measured by earth time like days, weeks or months.

The Akashic Records session is your conversation with the Higher Power. You can ask anything about any part of your life - the BIG questions like your soul's purpose, or the SMALL ones like ‘what do I need to learn about the disagreement with my partner last week?’

During the session, I will also help you craft or fine-tune your questions, if guided. New questions will also emerge as you experience the loving energy of your Akashic Records.

Remember there are no perfect or right questions - just the question you know is for you to ask in the moment. So just trust, relax and be divinely guided.

What happens after a session?

Allow the energies and healings to integrate over the next 24-48 hours. Depending on your sensitivity, you may experience feelings of fuzzy-headedness, sleepiness, or tiredness; you may have lingering bodily sensations, or unusual dreams. Whatever your body is feeling, honor it and give your body time to adjust to the higher frequency.

Be gentle. Eat clean, stretch and rest. Make sure to drink lots of water.

How often should I have an Akashic Records session?

Your soul know what and when it needs upliftment and healing. I have clients that I see on a regular, ongoing basis around once a month, and I also have clients who come to me on an as needed basis. And there are clients who I just meet one time. If you're in a period of ‘in between’, or ready to let go of what’s been holding you back, or needing support and healing to call in a new relationship (be it romantic or business), I recommend doing multiple-sessions over a concentrated period of time. I offer a 3-session ‘Rose Package’ that gives you savings of $100 over per session price.

Can I assess my own Akashic Records?

Absolutely!

Accessing one’s own personal Akashic Records is not a superpower, but a divine birthright. You are already accessing your personal Akashic field without knowing it. Whether through intuition, prayer, meditation, breathing exercises, or other means, the “flashes of insight” that occur every day are glimpses into the divine wisdom contained in the Akashic Records. You can learn to access the Akashic Records more consciously through specific techniques and practices.

You are able to access your own records, as well as those of any relationship or group of which you are a part. However, no one can access your personal Akashic Records without your express consent. The Akashic Records are protected by spiritual beings known as the Guardians or Keepers of the Akashic Records.

Which line/tradition of teachings have you trained in?

I received my Akashic Records training & mentorship from Spiritual Teacher & Master Healer Brynne E. Dippell, for whom I’m eternally grateful.

The hallmark of this lineage is the combination of bringing through very fine, pure, high-vibe, love-infused wisdom and energies along with emotional and spiritual healing practices. This very fine energy has touched and opened the most tender places inside myself and helped me heal.

In addition, this tradition has an emphasis on discovering and aligning with soul’s divine purpose. When this work is combined with an Astrology reading, it can create a leap in your consciousness and healing.

Is this real?

I've been there - I'm a skeptic.

Along my journey with Astrology and Akashic Records (also Human Design and Gene Keys which incorporate Astrology), I also found myself questioning the ‘truth’ of all this. ‘Is this real?’ But there's really no satisfactory answer.

For many ancient wisdoms that have survived time, we don’t understand why they work. Just like we don’t understand how LIFE works most of the times.

Rather than asking ‘is this real?’, ask ‘is this useful?’

YES! Akashic Records is useful to me because it helps me to 'see' beyond the physical, the logical and the ego identity, and connects me to a vast field of possibilities, which is one of the most freeing experiences I could’ve ever given myself.

More than 95% of the Universe is dark, and only 5% is made of ‘stuff’. There is so much that cannot be seen, and what is essential can only be felt.

I don’t care if this is real as long as it is helpful. And I invite you to feel into your body, your emotions, and your heart.

And you will know.

Can you predict the future?

So, I can’t and won’t predict the future. Because you have free will.

What I learned from accessing the Akashic Records and working with Astrological charts was that there are a million ways to do any one thing. There are infinite paths and possibilities. There are high roads and low roads.

Your Akashic Records will give you answers based on the most likely outcome of the trajectory you are already on, but it’s always up to you to choose your path or change your trajectory in alignment with your highest self and towards your highest potential.
