Light from an unexpected place: What is being illuminated? Reflections on the Aquarius Full Moon

I found this rainbow light on my desk in the morning and I searched for its source.
What a gift! What a light! It’s surprising and it’s not, as it’s been there all the time.

The Aquarius ♒️ Full Moon is coming on Aug 22, 2021, and emotional tensions are building up stronger.
What is being illuminated?
I found myself asking this question a lot lately, as I sat in darkness in the middle of the night trying to comfort my awaken children (3 and 5 year-olds), whose sleep patterns have been disrupted lately by the new arrangement of having them sleeping in the same room.
In those wee hours, my ego and the little self were up against my vision and the higher self.
How does the Aquarius Moon (emotionally detached, objective, humanitarian) reflect the Leo Sun (proud, generous, heart-centered) to earth?
Something has to give in order to take.
This Aquarius Full Moon in the second one in a month, which is quite rare (‘once in a blue moon’ as we say, and Blue Moon is also the name this full moon), and it also happens on the “ending” 29 degrees of Aquarius opposing the Leo Sun.
At the same, Uranus - the planet of rebel and revolution, and the ruler of this full moon in Aquarius - is turning retrograde (slowing down and moving back) on Aug 19, 2021 (until Jan 18, 2022), making the unmistakably abrupt changes screaming louder and longer.
We all felt it as a collective.
With the second full moon and a newly retrograded Uranus, we are given a second chance to reflect on what has transpired since the last full moon on July 23.
What I had missed that have continued to call my attention?
How is my egoistic desire (Leo) connected to the collective vision (Aquarius)?
