Softening into Transformation - Forgiveness, inspired by Gene Key 4

I forgot how many times I've listened to this beautiful meditation called “The Heart of Peace” Meditation in the past few days.

It was Day 6 of the Seven Days of Grace FREE course graciously offered by Gene Keys, and gently guided by its founder Richard Rudd.

The guided meditation was only 15 minutes, but had the magic of dropping me into softness. The words spoke right to the heart of my relationship triggers and patterns, which were known as Karma, And my Dharma, the path, is to turn those triggers into Forgiveness.

Forgiveness is held in the 4th Gene Key, which has a significant place in my profile, and therefore my healing path (for the Gene Keys voyagers - I have Gene Key 4 in both my Radiance and my Attraction). The 4th Gene Key is here to transform Intolerance into Forgiveness, through the gift of Understanding.

Forgiveness seemed a daunting word when I first learnt about this Key. It is also one of the Seven Sacred Seals, the fifth seal, to heal the collective wound of Guilt.

It sounds heavy and even impossible, but its primary teaching is simple.

"Forgiveness is Freedom."

It has become my mantra since I opened this sacred seal.

Forgiveness is the realization that nothing is personal.

"(It) wasn't anyone's fault really.

You don't even want to blame the other.

Just one wounded child, hurting another child.

All these children need is soft forgiveness.

This is how we parent ourselves. ‍‍This is how we use the art of contemplation, ‍‍to remind ourselves of the thing we most are yearning for‍‍ - deep self love. ‍‍

When you realize this, what a freedom that is, because now‍‍ you don't need it from anything or anyone outside. It's always here. ‍‍

It's completely in your own hands to heal your own wounds."

“How can you question the feeling of love?”

- Richard Rudd

It’s interesting that Gate 4 in Human Design (correspnding to Gene Key 4) is in the head, causing someone prone to over-thinking and over-analyzing, always asking “why”.

This tendency to seek answers through reasoning had showed up in my personal relationships again and again.

How I loved to ask “WHY are you acting like this?” or “WHY can’t you be like that?”…

But there can be no good answers to calm my mind.

I learnt, through a lot of bumps and bruises along the way, that true understanding lies beyond the mind's capability.

True understanding comes from the ability to let things and people simply be the way they are without demanding they change.

Forgiveness is the only antidote to guilt.

“Forgiving light, diffusing light, sawying breath of light that washes the soils of our souls, softening our hearts with its ease.”

- Seven Sacred Seals, The Fifth Seal

As a Gene Keys guide, I just feel called to share these sacred messages with you.

If you are touched in anyway, please learn more about the Seven Days of Grace FREE program here. This mini-course gives you a preview of the power of Grace, and hopefully it will also give you at least one 'Moment of Grace’.

Sending you love & grace,

-Crystal
